No. Although orange-based correction pigments are often used to neutralize cool or dark undertones, the goal is not to make your lips orange.Your treatment is customized using the natural color on the inside of your lower lip as the target. If you are prone to cold sores or have a history of them, you must take an antiviral medication as prescribed by your physician 3 days before your appointment, the day of your procedure, and for 3 days after your Lip Blushing treatment.Be sure to obtain enough medication to cover both of your treatment sessions, as lip tattooing can trigger a cold sore outbreak, even if you haven't had one in years. Following this protocol helps minimize the risk of complications and supports proper healing.

Yes. You're welcome to bring or wear your favorite lipstick to your appointment. It can help us understand the type of healed result and level of color saturation you're hoping to achieve. However, your treatment plan and pigment selection will always be based on your natural lip pigmentation.Please do not wear lip stain or long-wear lip tint to your appointment. We need to clearly see your natural lip color to accurately assess your pigmentation and choose the appropriate pigments. Lip stains can make this assessment difficult and may affect your treatment plan.
